Wonderful trip to the city of Imouzzer Kandar

Are you a fan of mountainous nature and would like to visit it? Today, I will share with you my journey from my hometown of Fez in Morocco to the mountainous town of Imouzzer Kandar, which is snowy in the winter and pleasant in the summer. Located in the Middle Atlas Mountains, it is 25 kilometers from my hometown.

About the city of Imouzzer Kandar:

Imouzzer Kandar is a beautiful Moroccan city. Located in the heart of the Middle Atlas Mountains, it is a wonderful and tranquil tourist destination, distinguished by its natural beauty and fresh air.

Imouzzer Kandar is located on National Highway 8, which connects the cities of Fez and Ifrane. It is 25 kilometers from Fez and 20 kilometers from Ifrane. It is approximately 1,300 meters above sea level, providing a cool climate in the winter and a moderate climate in the summer. The area where Imouzzer Kandar is located is known for its mountains covered with pine and cedar trees and its picturesque natural landscapes.

Imouzzer Kandar is also known for its refreshing, fresh mineral water spring, Ain Sultan, and for its enjoyable hiking and family outings.

The city's residents are known for their friendly nature and their rural mountain lifestyle. The city has educational institutions and basic services to provide for its residents' basic needs.

The region is famous for its natural local products such as traditional cheese, mountain honey, and seasonal fruits, such as peaches and apples.

About the travel atmosphere:

After performing the Asr prayer, we took our necessary luggage, got into the car, and left Fez heading towards Imouzzer Kandar. We passed through beautiful landscapes of mountains covered with pine and cedar trees. Less than thirty minutes later, we arrived in Imouzzer Kandar. We parked the car and headed to one of the popular markets to take a tour and buy some local products such as apples, jasmine, peaches, and apple cider vinegar. After finishing shopping, we headed to another place, this time to a restaurant for dinner. We ordered fried potatoes and a Moroccan tagine made of meat, onions, and raisins, as well as a grilled minced meat dish. After having dinner with the family, we drank tea. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was beautiful. After dinner, we left the restaurant and went for a walk in one of the city's streets. The weather was nice. After we finished walking, we got into the car and went back home.

This was the atmosphere of my trip to the city of Imouzzer Kandar. To see the atmosphere of the trip with sound and image, watch the video.
